The Canterbury Bulldogs have confirmed they are investigating a video which surfaced online involving Adam Elliott.
The club has taken the matter up with the NRL’s Integrity Unit.
The Bulldogs released the following statement on Thursday evening:
“The Canterbury Bankstown Bulldogs would like to confirm that they are aware of a video having surfaced involving Adam Elliott,” the statement read.
“The video relates to something that was filmed at a private gathering five years ago.
“The club has informed the NRL Integrity Unit of the matter.”
Today’s news comes after the Bulldogs were previously at the front of an off-field scandal involving former players Jayden Okunbor and Corey Harawira-Naera.
The duo had registrations cancelled by the NRL for their role in the schoolgirl scandal back in February.
