Home Game LIVE: Moylan's horror injury run continues

LIVE: Moylan’s horror injury run continues

NRL great Brad Fittler has predicted two of some of the most criticised players in the competition to fire in Saturday’s game between the Titans and the Cronulla Sharks on the Gold Coast.

“The battle between the sixes Shaun Johnson and Ash Taylor – they get hammered these two blokes, but they’re both in pretty good form,” Fittler said in his weekly tips segment on Wide World of Sports with Andrew Johns.

“I’m going to go the Sharks [to win].

“I liked what I saw in Shaun Johnson, Matt Moylan and Chad Townsend [last week]. They were all setting up tries so there’ll be a lot of different points of attack.”

Johns on the other hand was tipping an upset, preferring the form of the Titans over the Sharks on a short turnaround.

“The Titans are on fire at the moment,” Johns said.

“I’m going to go the Titans at home. They’ve got some really good signs last week against the Broncos.

“They were defending really strong and it looked like there was a lot of team spirit the way they were celebrating their tries.

“So I think they can get the Sharks.

“The Sharks are on a quicker back-up having played Sunday and playing away.”
